George – South Africa has joined the world to remember the World Water Day on the weekend.
To celebrate Water and Sewerage Pemmy Majody Pemmy Majody on Saturday (March 22, 2025), a new cargo route warehouse in the Western Cape recorded a raw water pumping station.

He added that the project will ensure that the municipality has a continuous water supply for generations.

George Municipality currently provides 294,942 residents 294,931 households, including Pacaltsdorpu and coastal areas such as Kleinkrance, Wilderness, Wilderness, Wilderness, Victoria Bay, Heroldles Bay, Herold’s Bay, Herold’s Bay and Gwwing.
Over the years, the municipality saw a large increase in the population, and 12 phases of the projects will increase water security and durability for the current population and provide an important expansion of various fields within George.
“Projects will also prevent sewer losses through improving critical sewer pumping stations,” he said.
“The basis of the project is to increase the power of two water treatment work (WTW) to increase raw water supply safety and currently 38 megalitis (ML / D) communities.
“Therefore, the project will increase this strength to 60 ml / d with a new 20 ml / d extension and improvement of old WTW.”

The department is designed for today and other two and more prominent development areas for future living and commercial development in the eastern and commercial development of George.
“Therefore, a water security and treatment project will be given to new residential sections of water services, as well as commercial and industrial sites,” he said.
