Why fear is not an enemy – it’s still a secret weapon that you don’t use

The opinions of the entrepreneur are expressed.

Exciting entrepreneurship. As well as terrible.

Fear is inevitable for entrepreneurs and shows in different forms: missed opportunities, embarrassment and failure. It’s something that I have come to face and 19 years old is something I have to work with Wistia.

Like people, we are afraid of what makes us feel uncomfortable. This fears can be your own worst enemy and keeps you in the beginning world. This can freeze you, stop forwarding or even hinder you trying something in the first place.

But the secret here: to deal with the face and fears, it is very important to move on to work. If you do not push yourself and do not fail along the way, you and the company will not grow.

Some of my most valuable lessons came from times I failed. So if you read this and allow you to go fear, it’s your sign to lean it into it.

Hug your fear as an entrepreneur

The most successful founders are not good in managing fear. He knows how to use it as an energy to put forward themselves and their work. It takes work and time.

I am still thinking about how to turn my fear to something positive, but there are a few lessons I hugged my fears:

Don’t get overwhelmed.

The longer you are the longest of scavenging in your mind, there is so much power on you.

I prefer to solve it as soon as possible when faced with fear. First, I focus on what I can control the situation. If there’s nothing I can do, I’m fast forward and change my energy to what I can affect my energy.

The fear of fear with fear should not be confused with my head, excess and second guess. The activity is an antidote that will be overturned. If you meet your fear, you give you less time to break your day or week.

Treat the inhibitor as an indicator with fear.

I have learned to approach it as a signal, not a scary blocker.

When the fear is opened in my work, I take my attention and take it as a sign to make my reaction to trigger.

Most of the time fear tells me something important. It can signal to take a big risk or step towards the area. And this is where the increase is.

Usually, I can use this scary actively, I can use it to solve a problem or solve a faster problem. By doing so, I can turn this fear to something useful to help me grow.

Don’t let the “spotlight effect” mix with you.

Here’s the truth: Many entrepreneurs are caught in the “Spotlight effect”.

This is when you think everyone is watching and judging everything we do. Reality, most people do not pay much attention to you as you think.

Remember that especially when you are in the first stages of your work, you have more freedom than you think. People don’t expect to be perfect. They are waiting to learn, adapt and test.

Don’t worry about every little mistake or failure. We are always harder ourselves. So, especially in the first days of your company, give yourself experience and freedom to fail.

This can be the first step towards something amazing.

Distinguish fear and excitement.

Our body reacts to fear and excitement in similar ways that can be very confused. Often this will encounter these emotionally in situations.

The fear can paralyze, the excitement and adrenaline can put you forward in a hurry. A perfect example is to feel that all is very familiar before a presentation. You’re ready. You tap. You are glad to get started. Then, your palms start sweating and your heart begins to compete.

This happened to me during a great conversation once and I felt like a disaster. I seized my nerves and thought the audience was adjusted. But when the opinion came, I was amazed to hear praise.

What I have accepted as a fear response was actually excited. This was the signalway of what I wanted to take care of my subject and do my best.

It can be felt for fear and excitement in the heat of the moment. But once I learned how to talk to them, everything changed. When I feel the adrenaline in a hurry, I ask myself: “Is this afraid or am I really excited about the opportunities?” Recognizing the difference can help you treat the difficulties with more interest than hesitant.

The key is to separate these emotions. Thinking of what you feel can be more about excitement and passion, more exciting and passion, and cause better decisions.

The more you train yourself to determine the scare and alarm cigarettes, it is better to recognize growth opportunities.

Leaning on fear – it’s your secret weapon

The bottom line is that the fear will always be.

Is a permanent passenger. Will continue to appear in your life and in your work. How do you manage it, make the whole difference.

The goal is not to overcome the fear – it is to learn how to manage it. Allowing you to manage you? Or do you use it to burn your growth and manage your business?

Hugs. Use it as fuel to push you forward. Don’t let this fear keep you back – Lose to him, move and move.

How do you grow, how did you win and how you got an entrepreneur.
