Spring will not pass here and much through the road race season begins. Think to try the bike race? Maybe we made a group of walks, a few cities were bounced and bitten by the mistake. Your first race may seem awesome, but it can be a blast with a little preparation.
Five things to think in the first place in the road race.
1. Check your previous bike
Just don’t give your bike clean and fruity chain but it’s good to be sure that everything looks good. Be sure to be tight, make sure, it is tight. See your tires be sure to check your transmissions, make sure that all are properly changed.
2. Pack your kit
The next day, see the weather and pack accordingly, but there are failed safes. Pack a lever and legs, a vest and jacket for warming. Some people are preparing a checklist with all the gear they will need: helmets, shoes, socks, shorts, shapes, bibs, base layers, etc. It is good to check this list and check again. Although you can always borrow, you never wanted to take another’s shoes, so it’s not a bad idea to have your shots.

3. Water bottles and snacks
Look at the distance and pack enough liquid and food. A good idea to bring an extra glass before or after the race is a little snack to fill your stomach up to your home. Depending on the distance, you may want a bar or two or a gel, remember that you turn on 500-600 calories in an hour in an hour.
4. Plan the driver and be on time
Although most competitions have occurred on Sundays, you should always give yourself a buffer zone. It is better to sit earlier and around to be panic. Make sure you are at least one hour before, so warming up, gives you a lot of time to use devices and maybe you can meet new people.
5. Understand what it will wear based on others
Check what your opponents wear. If everyone warms shorts and goals, you probably do the same. You don’t want to be longer or dressed, so do things that look like the correct material for the day quickly. Before the race, it is a good idea to warm up in a jacket or vest in the spring, especially in the spring. You can pick it up and leave it with a friend in the car or starting line.
Most important? Have fun! Each race you will learn a little more and get a little better. So, no matter how it goes, I congratulate yourself, you did it!
