As a submarine that works in the world’s first nuclear, Nautilus can accelerate water and about 23 miles in more than 20 knots or hours in a period of two weeks.
The II World War II submarines, which were previously equipped with diesel engines and electricity batteries, can remain underwater to 12 to 48 hours at a time. Batteries are charged only while accused of, US Navy capacity ships should move about 2 or 3 miles per hour or hit a maximum of 10 miles per hour.
Nautilus is now part of a Underwater Museum in Connecticut, Groton. Visitors visited historical nuclear submarines, while the crew members live 700 feet from the surface, see how the crew members live and work.
