“A little concern” “a transition period” “Detock cycle.” These are all the expressions used by President Trump and its leadership to describe the economy, as the stock market responds to the announcement of a tariff after each other.

However, economist Mat Slame, Dean of the Tuck Work School in Dartmouth College, is in doubt. Trump’s strategy is a recipe for long-term economic pain and thinks that a recession is more than the day.
