Johannesburg – President Cyril Ramaphosa, the confiscation act, Johannesburg CBD said that many buildings should be used to restore and return.
Ramaphosa claimed that Johannesburg claimed to give the city council, opinions, and the buildings could attract home or invest in the city.

According to CitizenGauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi said that they have left the abandoned buildings and kidnapped, and those who live there, he said.
