Composition
- ⅓ Virgin olive oil in addition to the cup
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice

- 3 bunch of fresh curly parsley finely chopped (about 3 full of glasses)
- 2 solid tomatoes finely chopped
- 2 green onions finely chopped
- ¼ cup fresh mint finely chopped
Method
- Flip until olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Stir in the bulgur. Let the grain wraps soak up in full, and most of the moisture is about 20-30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, add parsley, tomatoes, green onions and mint, bulgur to one side of a large bowl, but do not mix.
- When the bulgur is full and the lemon-olive oil mixture is largely absorbed, mix everything until it combines everything.
- Serve in room temperature or cooled out of the refrigerator.
