I do not agree and believe that we can compile our lives and our work in the best way and to match any rules. Personally, I do not play my phone, because it distracted from everything I do then. This leisure can be directed to the work of which is in the hands of the work that is possible to be done in the family time or deep learning or work done.
Thus, if you are a trainer who does a small business, think of your system and ways you can be represented. As a business owner, we must have systems inside new customers and customers.
