People are afraid to decide what they will regret. But still, I saw that people make a bad choice.
I am a one Decision coach Who offers a service: a meeting I helped someone make a big (or small) decision. I have worked with more than 500 clients, you decided to go to careers, conducting job offers, marry, divorce, get married, start a business, remove a tattoo and get a tattoo.
In each session, I described the dilemma before breaking up all the choices, and listen to us to choose the best way. Over the years, I saw a mistake, especially, it is almost guaranteed to fill them with regret.
Wrong No. 1 causing huge regrets

- “Maybe I …”
- “I could try …”
- “If I just can …”
For example, you tell yourself: “If I can start bed before, I can get up at 6 am and write an hour before the day.” Maybe, but for the last time you went to bed early in a row?

Decide for who you are, not who you are
