BC, Kelowna, the city of Kelowna has not yet reopened a business license for a short-term rental house that won more than 50 complaints since 2021.
The Council voted unanimously to follow the recommendation of staff and do not restore the business license for 381 Viewcrest CRT.
“It was a suffering that lasted for three and a half years, so comfort, I will be open with you,” said neighboring David Montpetit. “I am very pleased to have taken this approach.”
Neighbors complained of noise and other concerns for a long time.
“The parties, noise, sex in the pool, nudity in the pool deck, tour buses in and outside, while explaining some problems.

Residents in the street began to document violations to build their work.
He also claimed that the landlord, Peter Drummond, short-term rental rules, did not live in full time of property.
