Joshlin Smith trafficking and investigating the Kidnapped Court, on Wednesday, this is what Kelly Smith said in the Western Cape Supreme Court in the Gulf of Saldanha.
Smith, Valentine Jacquin “Boeta” Appollis and Steveno Van Rhyn, the missing Joshlin man in February 19 is accused of abduction and human trafficking.
After witnessing the main state, Lombaard, Prosecutor Zelda Swanepoel, asked the court if evidence was heard from the case.
Judge Nathan Erasmus allowed an official to call the stand and said that this would be “tested within the test” to determine that evidence will be accepted.
