JO inspired what you started to love and what was the vision for this new brand?
I love fragrances and the perfume loves me. I could not have the smell of smell to the rest of my life because I did not see the lives of my life. At the moment, I’m at the moment I look at the sea that is just so beautiful in Spain. I feel, I feel, taste and hear, I’m becoming a sense of perfume again. When you look at the future of Jo, are you most excited?
Three years ago I moved to Dubai. I loved Jo as a project (and) maybe two friends. Today, we have 23 live projects that we discuss every week and move on the board, and how excited it and all that we are and carry them all. It’s so inspiring, creative and passionate friend. I always felt that it was meant to do something great. I think I have done great things in my life. But this is the next chapter.

At this point in your career, what did you encourage you to leave your course “Think like an entrepreneur” for the BBC Maestro, and what do you hope people take from it?
Thinking like an entrepreneur is one of the most important things in life. As an entrepreneur, the building is like a walk around the tool box: thinking differently, to take a different way and take a penny in your hand and turns a penny in your hand. The opportunity you think and create these ideas and the opportunity to bring a young generation to the world and a young generation.

Can you remember how to use some of your tips, especially to a difficult conversation and navigate?
Negotiations should always be a victory situation. This is not, What can I get away with? What can I buy here? This What can I achieve here? And what other person can achieve? You are looking for long-term relationships. If you squeeze something from every breath in his body, you have already set your life. In the Old Testament, Solomon’s child is a little like the biblical story. It doesn’t justify the baby in half, no one goes to witness it.

Remember, you don’t get what you deserve – you get your talks.

I set my life long-term relationships and sometimes I have to make a product, you have to withdraw and be confident. It’s kind of like sitting in a meal. You take a course, two courses and enjoy with three courses. Sometimes, someone will sit on the table and order an appetizing, basic and dessert and then eat it before pouring a glass of water. This is not a good attitude. Take your time, let people enjoy these negotiations and let your seat and eat food together. This will be a long-term relationship and eventually will make you more money.

Can you remember a particularly difficult leadership barrier and how do you use some of your tips from the course to overcome it?
Leadership is always a big question. What leader are you? Which leader are you working for? Which leader do you want to be? I want to fulfill my own dreams for me. I don’t feel the responsibility of it, but to do it my. But I want to fulfill their dreams. Life is an adventure and the work is a great adventure. When our cooperation and creates creativity, creativity is even bigger and larger.

I never had a job (traditional), so I don’t know what I work on a daily basis, but I had my clients I had to listen to their voices and I do not intend to win any dispute. And you don’t want life to be a great argument. Want to find the sweet point where you can work together together.

When Steve Jobs, we admire the great business leaders, they always have vision. Of course, the leaders ask themselves: Did I make the right decision? I chose the right person? What is your best advice for entrepreneurs who want to follow the passions of work?
