Wednesday a prize was awarded with hopes that someone could fill in the gaps.
“There are people who know who are responsible for this terrible crime or who can solve this crime. Scott Jeffery said.
“We hope that this award will encourage us to make these people forward and know what they know.”
Police, previously met, talking to those who have information about Dobson’s death.
Last month, in 30th Anniversary of Dobson’s death, Windsor police, said they were still investigating the incident, and appealed to the residents.
“We know that there are people with information about this murder, and we call forward to the previous investigators,” he said. Employees sgt. Ted Novak was released.
“We hope that the anniversary of this murder will help the tragic incident to renew the interest and lead to a progress in work.”
Police said that the DNA would resend DNA, hoping that the progress in DNA analysis will help determine the suspects because the progress is decades.
