People living in the northern end of Regina have been woken up this morning, with a blast shaking the houses of Regina’s consumers in a collateral processing plant.
The explosion occurred on the 9th Avenue near McDonald Street near 9th Avenue near 4:455 CST on Tuesday 4: 455.
Extraordinary alarm horns were activated and can be heard at the north end of the city, which is more than 15 minutes.
