A man who trucked and then killed a witness and then tried to flee a witness to a nearby cycling, and a man convicted of killing a Multnomah district by the jury.
Frederick Moore killed Vincent Timothy outside the SE 82 and Central Avenue on June 6, 2022 and Vincent Timothy outside the eastport Plaza shopping center. Here is a statement published this morning by the office of the district lawyer:

Multnomah District Vice President Kristen Kyle-Castelli, Muror’s actions described as “incredibly violent” and “shock”. There is no known motive for Moore, but in 2018 is a convicted killer who has completed a sentence for this crime. Moore remains in control and faces 10 years in prison.
