“It is very important to share how things act in a very complex work, but also to share your mind in advance,” Willingham said.
He said that the “biggest advantages” of the CR team has eight codiaments.
“We have different perspectives. We come from incredibly different life trips. We have different interests,” Willingham said.
“There should be a ton of concessions in accepting that some people are strong in some areas and the fact that the team is weak in others.

He added that the little things are to provide time to “enjoy each other’s company” and become friends outside of work.
Riegel said that whatever the thing that continues to be, something has not changed more than 10 years: the crew really likes to spend time with each other.
“Simply hang around my friends and get Margars dozens and take these events with themselves and take around to speak stories together, said Riegel. “That’s it. Everything is all added.”
