I started my career in Civil Engineering in India and moved to the United States for a master in the same area. When studying at Illinois University in 2011, I realized that the program manages a large part of a large innovation and asked for a career in technology.
I started taking coding classes and the first product manager in the skills is in a small start in the Bay area until I work to the point where I work. I spent five years at the beginning of the analytical program, and this saw that more than 10,000 employees grew up from a company.
I left the beginning in 2018 and joined Uber as a product manager in the same year. Two years later I moved to Amazon and worked as a product of the Amazon web services. When I worked as a machine learning product in 2022, I passed a career in Meta.
Four strategies have me to cross the industrial areas and scale my career:
1. Learn to say no

This is a strategy I have learned at the beginning, I was first surrounded by leaders from Google. I was the first person to hire in the crop team and I felt the pressure on the project I know about our product. 3. Focus on off-work relationships
I focus on building personal relationships with the people I work because the good relations go beyond the company and the country’s borders. I also do my best job when I trust the people I trust and enjoy working.
I ask myself that when the company I was working with me I would like to work with me. If there is no answer, I try to work on this attitude, which continues to work out of our work today.
4. Abit-communication is the key
Sometimes people feel that they do not repeat themselves after making a point. But I think there is no more overcommunication, especially many people and priorities, but a large number of people in a large number of zones.
So I choose to repeat myself as I feel like I sounded unnecessary, because there are one or two people who missed a message you send. I use different channels and I’m sure everyone understands me and is on the same page.
