I started my career in Civil Engineering in India and moved to the United States for a master in the same area. When studying at Illinois University in 2011, I realized that the program manages a large part of a large innovation and asked for a career in technology.

Four strategies have me to cross the industrial areas and scale my career:

1. Learn to say no

4. Abit-communication is the key

Sometimes people feel that they do not repeat themselves after making a point. But I think there is no more overcommunication, especially many people and priorities, but a large number of people in a large number of zones.

So I choose to repeat myself as I feel like I sounded unnecessary, because there are one or two people who missed a message you send. I use different channels and I’m sure everyone understands me and is on the same page.
